DOBSON FIBER APPOINTS PATRICIA MARTIN AS CEO TO ACCELERATE NEXT PHASE OF REGIONAL EXPANSION

Industry Veteran to Lead Company’s Next Phase of Strategic Growth

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. — Dobson Fiber today announced the appointment of Patricia Martin as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 13, 2026. A 25+ year telecommunications industry veteran and proven leader in scaling and integrating high growth platforms, Martin will lead the company’s continued expansion across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.

Martin brings more than 25 years of leadership experience driving large-scale operations, network expansion, and complex integrations across the telecommunications industry. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Point Broadband, where she led the integration of multiple acquisitions, implemented disciplined operating models, and accelerated network deployment, strengthening market performance and customer delivery across a multi-state footprint.

Prior to Point Broadband, Martin served as Senior Vice President of the Integration Management Office at Cox Communications, where she led pre- and post-acquisition integration efforts across large-scale strategic transactions, accelerating growth and improving operational efficiency across acquired markets.

Martin has been recognized as one of Cablefax’s Most Powerful Women in Cable and received the 2021 Woman in Technology Award from The WICT Network, among other notable honors. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
