Can I keep my existing mobile number if I switch to Dobson Mobile?

 Absolutely.  The process of moving your existing number from one service provider to Dobson Fiber is known as “porting.” 
 
To begin the porting process, make sure you have the following information handy: 

1. Your current carrier’s account number and transfer PIN 
2. The name of your current provider. 
3. The billing ZIP code on your account. 
4. Your existing phone number that you with to transfer (or port) to Dobson Mobile. 

What's included in each Dobson Mobile plan?

  • Nationwide coverage with both 5G and 4G networks.
  • Wi-Fi calling for seamless communication.
  • Hotspot capability for on-the-go-connectivity.
  • Porting of your existing number to Dobson Mobile.
  • Flexibility to bring your own device or purchase a new one.
  • Plan flexibility. Add or remove mobile lines or change plans any time.
  • That’s My Mobile app to manage lines and payments.
Is auto-pay required for Dobson Mobile services?
  • Yes, customers must provide a card during mobile purchase.
  • Autopay for internet services are not required but are encouraged as you may receive even more applicable discounts, mutually exclusive from mobile services.
When do I pay my Dobson Mobile bill?

Autopay is required via credit or debit card and your first month’s bill is due at purchase. You will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your activation.

When can I expect my discount on internet once I purchase a Dobson Mobile plan?
  • Internet discounts are applied during the following full month’s bill cycle.
  • Internet discounts are not prorated.
What happens if I stop my mobile service or do not pay my Dobson Mobile bill?
  • Your mobile service will cease. You may log in to Dobsonmobile.com or use the That’s My Mobile app to reinstate your mobile service upon payment.
  • Your discount for internet will not be applied to your next bill cycle.
