OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN, OR CLAIM THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION.
The Dobson Fiber $500 Merch Gift Card Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Dobson Fiber, 14101 Wireless Way, Suite 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73134 (“Sponsor”).
The Contest begins on October 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on December 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for this Contest.
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Dobson Fiber, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies (“Promotion Entities”), as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter using one (1) of the following methods:
Online Entry Form:
Visit www.dobson.net/contest (“Promotion Site”) and complete the official entry form. Entrants must provide their first and last name, valid email address, home address (no P.O. boxes), and date of birth. Upon submission of the completed form and agreement to these Official Rules, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Contest drawing.
Social Media Lead Form:
During the Promotion Period, certain entrants may be shown a sponsored post on Facebook or Instagram inviting them to enter. Follow the instructions in the ad to submit your information (full name, home mailing address, valid email address, and date of birth) to receive one (1) entry.
Only one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries using different emails, accounts, or identities will result in disqualification.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the Sponsor will consider the entry submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry.
The Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or around January 6, 2026. The winner is considered a potential winner until verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
A $500 Merch Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500).
Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Prize Terms:
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance and use. Limit one (1) prize per household. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 6–8 weeks after verification.
The potential winner will be notified via email after the drawing. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. Winner may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release form. Failure to respond within the designated time period or to provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dobson Fiber, Administrator, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and hometown for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the Contest may be subject to legal action.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the Contest or use of any prize. If a technical or human error occurs, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry, if possible.
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Entrants waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of its occurrence.
Personal information collected during this Contest will be used by Sponsor and its agents solely for Contest administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.dobson.net/privacy-policy.
