Patricia Martin
Patricia serves as Chief Executive Officer of Dobson Fiber where she leads the company’s continued expansion of its regional fiber network and overall operational performance across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. She brings more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale telecommunications operations, with a focus on network expansion, integration, and customer delivery.
Prior to joining Dobson Fiber, Patricia served as Chief Executive Officer of Point Broadband and spent more than 18 years at Cox Communications. She served as Senior Vice President of the Integration Management Office, where she led pre- and post-investment business acquisition activities, including the integration of new acquisitions that aligned with Cox’s growth trajectory. During her tenure, Patricia spearheaded several major initiatives, including the development of the first national team of virtual construction estimators, the establishment of Cox’s inaugural Video Back Office National Center of Excellence, and the launch of Network Operations Center as a service offering.
Patricia has received numerous accolades during her career including recognition as one of the most powerful women in cable by Cablefax for multiple years; the 2021 Woman in Technology award winner from The WICT Network, SCTE, and Cablefax; a 2019 NAMIC Luminary recipient; the 2017 Catalyst Award from the Southeast Chapter of The WICT Network; and was recognized as an outstanding 40 under 40 Leader by Multichannel News in 2015. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the WICT Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
