Dobson’s Business Continuity Plan in Response to the Coronavirus

Dobson Technologies is closely monitoring developments related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and taking multiple steps to ensure operations and service continue at the highest level possible for our customers. Our commitment is strong to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and partners.

Here are a few points about Dobson’s Business Continuity Plan:

•  We are fortunate that the technology that we provide to our customers is also available to our employees. The technology we use internally is cloud-based (internet enabled) and the vast majority of our workforce is able to work remotely when needed. This ensures that we can continue to provide the highest level of service and communication while keeping safety top-of-mind for both employees and customers.

•  Our network features multiple geographically redundant data centers and we’ve recently conducted a test of our network to ensure recovery plans are in place and up to date.

•  We recognize many businesses, schools and governments rely on us to operate. Our work does not require physical contact with our customers in many cases to deliver solutions and services. We have put plans in place to use remote methods wherever possible. In situations where onsite work is unavoidable, we are working with our teams to ensure they are also taking action to avoid service disruption.

•  We have been following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and have shared with our team members.
