HR Coordinator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This part-time position reports to HR Supervisor and helps facilitates all functions of basic HR Operations.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

  • HR administrative support
  • Background Checks
  • Employment verifications/reference checks
  • Assist with corporate events
  • Recruiting
  • Onboarding and exiting processes
  • Reviewing benefit administration
  • Maintain benefit and employee files
  • Assists with organizational chart
  • Review and update job descriptions
  • Maintain employee data on Insperity
  • Coordinate with management for performance reviews
  • Support other departments and other duties as necessary

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred: Associates Degree
  • Minimum experience – two to three years of human resources direct experience with recruiting, payroll, and benefit administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word are required
